How can I order a photo?

Step 1: Access your personal webshop by scanning the QR code from the card you received from your club (or manually enter the link in your browser)

Step 2: Enter the corresponding password from the same card as the QR code

Step 3: First, select the photo you want to order

Stap 4: Choose below how you want to order this photo. For example, as a photo, coffee mug, keychain, poster or the like. (Be inspired by our product catalog)

Step 5: Once you click on ‘In Cart’, this combination is added to the shopping cart. The shopping cart will appear at the top right of your screen along with the number of orders placed.

Step 6: Click on the shopping cart at the top right of your screen and proceed to the checkout.

Can I order multiple photos/products at the same time?

Of course you can. And it’s even very simple. You simply repeat the steps as described above.

What payment options can I use?

All orders can be paid with Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, iDeal or PayPal. Click here for all info on payment options.

Is my payment secure?

All payments are handled by Stripe (see www.stripe.com) or PayPal (see www.paypal.com). They are Payment Providers that specialize in secure online payment transactions. All data is forwarded with high encryption standards to ensure a secure transaction. Your credit card information will not be stored on our servers. We guarantee a 100% secure payment. Questions about promotional codes

How can I use a coupon code?

Go to the shopping cart when you’re done shopping. There you will find the field for the coupon code underneath your chosen products. Enter your code and click on ‘Apply voucher’ to activate the coupon code. The discount will now be deducted from the total amount. You can only apply 1 promotional code per order.

What should I do if the code doesn’t work?

Each code works according to certain conditions. The promotional code is only valid for the products and quantities stated in the promotion. Promotional codes are not cumulative. Each action has the validity date stated. Some codes are only valid for new customers or can only be used once.

Can I still use the promotional code after I place my order?

An order can no longer be modified once it has been confirmed, even for an action code. In some cases you can still use the promotional code for a next order. Please take into account the end date of the promotion.

Can I use multiple promotional codes?

The promotional codes are not cumulative There is only one code to use per order.

A technical problem - what can I do?

You have experienced a problem on our website? In order to be able to help you as best as possible and find a solution to the problem, it is best to take a print screen (copy of your screen) showing the error message/problem (via the ‘Print Scrn’ button and then ‘paste’ into a Word document). You can then send this via e-mail to our customer service via support@tiro.media

We also ask you to provide the following information:

  • Type of computer: PC, Apple, personal or company laptop, etc.
  • Operating system of your computer: Windows (e.g. Windows 10), Mac OSX, Linux, etc.
  • The browser + version used: Internet Explorer (8-9-10-11 + 32/64-bit), Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, etc.

Which delivery method can I choose?

On average, the webshops remain open for one month per club. Once the webshops are closed, and you see the message ‘The shop you are trying to visit is no longer available’, it is no longer possible to place an order.

Can I still change my order?

We can no longer adjust your placed online order. When your order has been validated and accepted, the order will immediately go into production. Adjusting product quantity or applying an action code is then no longer possible.

Questions about delivery

After closing the webshops of your club, we deliver all ordered items, from all players, to the club in one go.

On average, a webshop is open for sale for one month. After this it can take up to 3 weeks before the order arrives at the club.

Questions about shipping

TIRO will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order has arrived at the club. This e-mail also contains the confirmation of your order with which you can pick up your products from the club.

Questions about paying afterwards

Paying afterwards either by offline payment (by bank transfer) of electronic payment (e.g. via Klarna) is not possible. Click here for all information about our payment options.

Questions about quality

Can there be a difference between the print quality of my product and what I see on the screen?

Keep in mind that computer screens at home are usually not calibrated and the print quality can be better than what your computer screen displays.
